This beautiful indigo fabric is from Mali, West Africa.
Suitable as a throw, wall hanging or scarf.

Usually worn as a piece of clothing, wrapped around the body or waist.
It was made with six narrow strips of loosely woven cloth which was then hand sewn together to form a bigger piece, resisted with ties in the desired pattern before dying in indigo.
